How long will it take for my coffee to arrive?
We roast to order every weekday. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while express shipping usually arrives within 1-2 business days depending on your location.
Is my coffee roasted to order?
Yes, we believe in maximum freshness. All coffee orders are roasted at our regional hubs and dispatched within 24-48 hours of roasting to ensure you receive the best possible flavor profile.
Do you offer a subscription service?
We do! Our coffee subscriptions allow you to save 15% on every bag. You can customize your frequency, swap blends, or pause your delivery at any time through your account dashboard.
Can I return coffee if I change my mind?
As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns based on a change of mind. However, if there is an issue with your order or quality, please contact our support team and we will make it right.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital wallets like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Which grind size should I choose?
We offer Whole Bean for those who grind at home, or specific grinds for Espresso, Filter, and Stovetop. If you are unsure, we recommend Whole Bean to preserve freshness for longer.
